YOUR HONEYMOON GIFT FUND
Once registered we immediately open your Honeymoon Gift Fund. Unless otherwise notified it will stay open until 10 weeks before your chosen departure date.
We will provide you with 100 gift cards, which can be included with your invitations. The first 100 gift cards are complimentary, there will be a small charge for any additional cards.
All the contributions you receive will be deposited into one account. You may keep track of this at any time by viewing your Dream Fund, using your unique reference number.
Once the Gift Fund is closed on a date specified by you, a summary of all your guest contributions and their messages will be forwarded within two weeks of your list closing.
No monies held in a Gift Fund account can be withdrawn until the list has been closed.
CONTRIBUTIONS
Guests can give a minimum contribution of £10 on the internet or by cash, cheque credit or debit card at any of our three offices or by telephone or post. All cheques to be made payable to Over The Moon. For payments by cheque we need 6 working days for the cheque to clear before the Gift Fund closes.
HONEYMOON BOOKING
Final payments are usually due a minimum of 10 weeks before travel, therefore the final balance must be paid at this time. If you have already booked your holiday with us we will automatically transfer over the monies to the booking file.
Any additional monies over and above the cost of your holiday can be put towards a future booking, insurance or optional extras. Any remaining money in your Dream Fund will be credited back to you by cheque.
All Honeymooners who register with the OTM gift fund service must book their honeymoon through Hyde-Barker Travel registered travel agents. Please see the contact us page for contact details. All honeymoons must have been booked no later than 30 days after the gift fund has been closed.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All tour operators have different refund policies. Refunds given will therefore be subject to the relevant tour operator policies. Should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason you will need to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that an administration fee of £75 will be charged.
